Coaching
Alongside psychotherapy, I also offer coaching for those who are looking for a more structured, forward-focused way of working.
Coaching can be helpful when you have a sense of where you want to get to, but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward.
My coaching approach is reflective and grounded in my experience as a psychotherapist, offering a space to think clearly alongside practical support to help you move forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
Who coaching may be helpful for
Coaching may be helpful if you:
-
Feel overwhelmed by day-to-day demands
-
Struggle with focus, organisation, or follow-through
-
Have ADHD, are autistic, or identify with neurodivergent experiences
-
Are navigating a life transition or change
-
Want support working towards specific goals
-
Would benefit from structure, accountability, and clarity
Although my approach is neurodivergent-informed, coaching is open to anyone who feels this way of working would suit them.
Coaching and psychotherapy
Coaching is different from psychotherapy.
Psychotherapy offers space to explore and process past experiences, emotions, and deeper patterns.
Coaching is more focused on the present and future, supporting you to work towards specific goals, develop strategies, and make practical changes.
Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
If you are unsure which approach would suit you best, we can think about this together.
